Account eligibility

You must be a registered business (or authorised agent) and pass PD Works's onboarding checks before live traffic is enabled. Personal consumer accounts are not offered on the orchestration console.

Data accuracy warranty

You warrant that company information and documents submitted are authentic and current. PD Works may pause settlements if verification fails or documents appear altered.

1. Update GST or bank details within 5 business days of any change
2. Ensure only authorised staff hold console admin roles
3. Notify us of ownership or control changes that affect KYC

Routing configuration

Default routing rules are provided as a starting point. You remain responsible for reviewing rule changes, BIN logic, and fallback behaviour before promoting them to production.

Prohibited processing

You may not use PD Works to process transactions that facilitate fraud, illegal gambling where prohibited, or evasion of sanctions. We may freeze accounts pending investigation.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PD Works against claims arising from your customer disputes, incorrect settlement instructions, or unlawful use of the platform, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.
